Way too long. More than five rounds of interviews with multiple panelists in each round. Same variation of the typical behavioral interview questions.
The hiring manager was not an expert in the subject matter and that showed through the remedial questions they asked.
They ended up hiring an internal candidate which was frankly offensive. There is no need to put external candidates through so much stress when you have a preferred internal candidate already.
On top of that, the pay and benefits seemed very poor. They're trying to get west coast talent on an Indiana budget.
Overall was left with a very bad impression of this company. Would not work here nor use their products.
