3 interviews with various levels of management. Pretty casual, pretty easy. They really explained more about the job than asked hard questions. Its an old school company, if you are good at conversation you will do well in the interview. I pretty much knew I had done well in the interview when I left.

All pre interview contact was through email. Fairly standard interview questions, strengths, weaknesses, where do you see yourself in 5 years etc. Was told up front that there would be at least 2 or 3 interviews before an offer was made.
