First call with a recruiter - they ask opened ended questions and want to make sure you have a growth mindset. Next moved on to an in person interview with the cafe manager and area manager. They didn’t care about any specialty coffee background, mostly just wanted to see that I would be willing to continue to learn and be a good member of a team.
