My recent experience with Blue Bottle left me feeling incredibly frustrated and let down. What was initially presented as a promising opportunity turned into an unnecessarily drawn-out and protracted interview process, only to culminate in utter silence from the company's end. As someone who values professionalism and expects organizations to uphold their stated values, I am deeply disappointed by their lack of adherence to their own "humans, first" ethos. This complete lack of communication is not only highly unprofessional but also disheartening. It reflects poorly on the company's commitment to treating candidates with respect and dignity.
