Two phone interviews and a final round in person. My impression on the final in-person round was that people were friendly, although the office space is run down in an industrial area of Seattle. My impression was that this wasn't a place I wanted to look. I did not get an offer, which is probably for the best. The worst part of the experience was that the company didn't say Yes or No after the interview, they just ghosted me. That's bad form and very unprofessional for a company. Evidence of a company that can't make decisions well and communicate them.
