I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Blue Nile (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2019
Interview
I applied for the recruiter job out of the Seattle office and a few days later got asked to do an interview. The woman I was interviewing with was about 10min late calling me. She seemed like she did not really want to talk to me and was super bland and vague. She ended the phone call without asking if I had any questions and just said “thank you for your time” and hung up. Few days later I got an email saying I would not be moving forward in the process.
Blue Nile enlisted the help of Etkin Exec Search to help them hire for an open recruiter role. The recruiter from the search co sent me the same boilerplate message about the opening twice via LinkedIn. I responded to her second message but then she never wrote me back.
