I applied online, had an internal reference. Interviewed first with a recruiter then the hiring manager. Didn't go very far in the interview with the hiring manager because the recruiter didn't screen my salary requirements. Glad the hiring manager touched on salary requirements early on so we didn't waste both of our times.
