HR contacted me for an initial Phone interview Interviewer was not well (coughing,,.) we went pass the 30 min allocated. She told me that I had the perfect profile and that she had a few more questions (but no more time on the phone)and would send me an email with the remaining questions. Received the remaining 5 open ended questions, took me a couple hours to formulate and format my answers. I never heard back from that company not even a thank you but.....
