I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Blue Nile in Jul 2024
Interview
I applied online and received an email a few days later asking for a time to speak to do the initial phone screen. This is where the recruiter offered information about the company and role, asked a variety of questions regarding my skills and experience, and allowed me to ask any questions I had. I do feel that the person I spoke to was extremely unprepared and determined to interview anyone, as when I asked why my resume stood out, the recruiter stumbled and stuttered trying to answer before simply reciting my most recent position that I had mentioned and seemed surprise by other information that is mentioned in my resume. I was told I would hear back a few days after the interview, but never heard back.
3 interviews total (HR, Regional, VP). Everyone was very nice and asked good questions and answered any questions I had. All interviews were done on Zoom. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes.
