HR did the majority of my interview, they were really lax, and I was hired without ever coming into the office. The entire interview process was over the phone, there were 3 tiers: 1. a Recruiter, 2. an HR Rep, and 3. the Creative Services Department Manager. They were all pleasant enough, not really friendly, but polite. The one question I asked that was extremely important to me was, "Do you sell conflict free diamonds?" To which I was answered, "Yes, we only sell warranted conflict free diamonds." I later found out from a co-worker that this wasn't completely true. They didn't really explain their definition of "conflict free" during the interview, and I probably wouldn't have accepted their offer if they had. Overall the interview was pleasantly painless, although I was really disappointed to learn that I was somewhat deceived in my initial interview.
