Blue Nile interview questions

My interview was scheduled to start at 10:00am, and I interviewed straight-through until 2:30pm, with no lunch and no break. I was offered cookies and coffee, which I declined. Everyone was very nice. The questions were easy. Because of a scheduling snafu, one of the people who interviewed me had already given notice and was in his last two weeks at the company. They didn't have a whiteboard set up in the interview room, so they gave me a some printer paper and a pen to use for showing problem solving.
