Interview
Very casual with Amazon type questions to their leadership principles. They seem very scripted and structured. Unprofessional and seem to have a predetermined profile to fit there. You also had to write a short essay prior to the interview. No follow up after final interviews but not surprising about reading others less than positive feedback.
Word of advice to the recruiting dept- communication and candidate experience should be top of mind in today's market. When you don't respond to candidate emails and questions, how to expect to set your candidates up for success and build a positive reputation in the industry? Wishing you all the best of luck finding top talent with a poorly functioning recruiting department that solely operates on automated emails. Cheers!
