I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Blue Origin in Oct 2024
Interview
I had an interview with a recruiter and then a phone interview with one of their Senior Manufacturing Engineers who worked at a different division. The interview was not technical, but rather asked about how well you would problem solve and experience in composites.
Overall a good experience, recruiter was very warm and understanding. Intimidating and in-depth on specificities of personal experiences but understandably so, considering the skills and effort required to design and manufacture reusable launch vehicles.

Question 1
What's one project that you worked on where the application of GD&T had a large impact on?
Had a 1 call with a recruiter, who asked me about myself, and asked if i met the qualifications for the role. Then got ghosted for the 1:1s call, was never scheduled even after reaching out.
I applied online. I interviewed at Blue Origin (Huntsville, AL) in Mar 2026
Interview
Three back-to-back interviews with hiring managers with each being for one hour. They were hiring for two positions in their pipe shop.
Most of the questions were in STAR format and the technical questions were focused on process engineering.
