Interview

The Operations Director's cousin recommended me to apply and talk with the Operations Director 3 months before the position opened. Once the position opened, the entire process was very fast. I first had a phone screen and a great in-person interview with the HR Director and HR Assistant. I then met with the COO and CEO and felt they were very high quality and loved the interview.

They asked me if I've ever dealt with sales reps - their entire company runs on sales. They asked me about my work history and my experience and what I would do once I started there.
