It seems like anyone with a car who applies will get the job, they tell you that they see a lot of potential and after a 5 min phone call they hire you and send you to orientation. That’s what happened to me however 1 day before orientation after I signed contracts, I received an email saying I had been terminated, meaning fired. They don’t need to give a reason to do so and they didn’t, I showed up to the orientation anyways and there was only the manager and one other person attending it
