I had been through with several online code interview and onsite code interview, all passed very smoothly.
I was also asked to do a presentation in front of 10 to 20 people, but still no offer.
Short after, the hiring manager left this company too.

I was invited to talk via phone but never get a call. Send an email and no response. Very unprofessional. It's a waste of time. Because the employer set up the interview, but do not contact me. Why do they waste time on both sides?
