I applied online. I interviewed at Blue Shield Of California (Rancho Cordova, CA) in Apr 2019
Interview
All interviews were done by phone (even before COVID), which was great and felt like a huge contribution to the diversity of the workforce. The interview was less than 15 minutes. At the start they asked 3 questions relevant to pharmacy technician knowledge (listed below). They also provided a list of possible questions they would ask about my experiences and stuck to it.

Question 1
What is a copay? What is a deductible? What is a formulary?
It’s was only about 30 mins long, I feel any interview makes me nervous no matter how long I have been doing them. However I would say read the job description and see where your strong points are.
