Thank you for providing us with your feedback on the Shield Emerging Leader interview process. Interviews for the program were conducted in September and October. We communicated the next steps in November and shared that second round interviews would take place in the first quarter of 2021. We continuously strive to improve our programs, which resulted in the criteria for the program being modified. We communicated that development the first week of January, before the second round of interviews being conducted.
