Interview
Initially I was contacted by an HR and he asked about about current experience and education details after that conversation he scheduled a telephonic interview. the first round of technical interview went about 40 mins, I was asked about my current profile and basic concepts of Supply chain.
after the first round HR called up scheduled a second round telephonic interview as I cleared the first round. second round went about an hour and half. second round also similar to first round but I was given a case study to solve.
Finally they scheduled a HR interview and made the offer.

Most difficult questions are regarding case study, I was give a hypothetical scenario and asked to propose a solution.

It was in 3 differents interviews, first one with HR in MX, second one with country manager Mexico and the USA and third one with the Director in India remotly.
Phone interview, then a 1 hour video interview, final interview was 4 hours rotational interview using zoom. very formal and easy going process. The interview was more so of a conversation.
