First round: initial HR screening. The second, third, fourth and fifth interviews were one on one discussions with leaders from across the organization, these were a combination of behavioral interviews as well as a role play/situational interview to understand my knowledge of supply chain. The final round interview was a presentation to each of the interviewers at once.
