HR was completely unprofessional. I've experience in Backend where as they wanted UI tester. I informed HR the same and they assured me that it is not a problem. However, when I attended face to face said that I don't have experience in UI and cannot process me to the next round. I'd given the same feedback to them and told them not to waste time of the people.

I was referred by a JDA employee... had 3 rounds of interviews... I called up the HR, they said I got selected..Felt happy.. waited for 2 weeks... and then due to Head count problems, they said the hiring has frozen. Felt extremelyunprofessional
