I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Yonder in Sep 2013
Interview
I was referred by an current employee and then forwarded my resume. Phone screen happened quickly after that by the recruiter, then Skype interview with key team members, and then in person interview for final round. Everyone was very friendly and they didn't ask any curve ball questions. Overall, really positive candidate experience.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Blue Yonder in Jan 2026
Interview
I was sourced on LinkedIn, not actively looking. The screening was an hour long, and the recruiter talked about the company and work teams for about 40 minutes before even asking anything about me or my qualifications. I might have answered 3 screening questions by the end of the call. I was advised that I’d hear back the following week. I didn’t receive an update until a month later, letting me know they selected another candidate but they encouraging me to apply for future roles.
Although I was indifferent about the role, this experience wasn’t a positive reflection on the company.
