I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Blue Yonder in Nov 2023
Interview
There was recruiter call for 15mins, which is screening and followed by HackerRank. Passed on my resume to 2nd round to the Hiring manager, panel of two members. The interview was quick and running through my resume and talking about my experiences. I have responded thoroughly to all the interview questions, demonstrating my qualifications for the position. However, the hiring process has been moving at a significantly slow pace, and the recruiter has not provided timely feedback. This delay is causing frustration as they continue to interview candidates without providing updates. I've received two callbacks from the recruiter for the same position, where she mentioned that I successfully completed the HackerRank test and the second-round interview. Despite being shortlisted twice, I have yet to receive any feedback or information about the next steps in the process. Point to note I started my application in Nov. Dallas, TX
