The process consisted of a screening with the recruiter, a panel interview, and a final interview. I thoroughly enjoyed each interaction with them and this job was my top pick. Unfortunately, I did not receive an offer. My feedback to Blue Yonder is to call to delivery the news that an applicant was not selected vs. sending a generic email. This is very impersonal after the number of hours spent preparing for and completing each interview. More importantly, it is critical that you respond when asked for feedback on what the areas of improvement are so that we can not only apply later on, if wanted, but improve overall.
