Two telephonic Interviews followed by in-person interview. Flight tickets were arranged by the company. The whole process did not take more than one week. HR was co-operative in giving a date of my choice.

It was in 3 differents interviews, first one with HR in MX, second one with country manager Mexico and the USA and third one with the Director in India remotly.
Phone interview, then a 1 hour video interview, final interview was 4 hours rotational interview using zoom. very formal and easy going process. The interview was more so of a conversation.
