Got shortlisted for the final round, and HR was proactively reminding prior interview. Then, HR ghosted after third round of interview, where i have performed best in all the three rounds. Advise: Should at least spend just a couple of seconds to respond with feedback, just let the candidate know if it is positive or negative instead of ghosting. I would suggest to be professional.

Fairly regular process with 2 technical rounds and 1 hr round, 1st technical round is more technical, questions around spring boot, transactions, and a coding question as well. 2nd round more of a problem solving around multithreading

Interview was very good and they explained about the project and asked what was necessary to their product. The manager and HR responded really well for every doubt i had. They provide free lunch for the employees.
