Round 1- Recruiter screen Round 2- Hiring Manager screen (Was setup for 30 mins and the hiring manager spoke for 25 mins on his vision and how great the company is. Round 3- Two panels each having two people (4 times rescheduled due to interviewer availability). One person was only 3 weeks in the company and didn't have a clue on what questions to ask. No communication after this. The recruiter ghosted and unresponsive. The whole process took close to 3 months without any conclusion.
