I applied through HerKey and i got a call back after a week and they scheduled interview. techinal round went well and i got selected to next round.next round is technomanagerial, where interviewer joined 10 minutes late and she again take 5 minutes to take call in between the interview.she just asked 3 basic questions about what is the use of the toosl i used. next day i got reply from HR that the manager felt that i am not good in tools and technologies. if i am not good in tools and technologies why did they moved me to next round?and how did she decided with 3 basic questions (which i answered well)?the feed back was really surprising.HR was really helpful though.
