Interview
I found the job posting online and applied through the website. Within a couple weeks I was contacted by email and an initial phone interview was set up. I met with two of the staff for an in-person interview and talked about company culture and credentials. By the end of the interview I was given an informal offer and was told that a former offer would be sent soon. I received the formal offer through email and accepted.
Two video interviews with two directors via Microsoft teams. Very friendly people trying to make sure you’re a good fit and where you would be best paced in the firm.
