First round - HR screen, HR only asked form type questions (are you over 18, etc). No resume walkthrough, no real questions, literally could have just filled out a form. Second round - Video panel interview with two managers, resume walkthrough with questions off the top of their head. Third round - Data exercise, put together a presentation based off a data table (2-4 hours of work). Fourth round - HR scheduled a 2 hour video call with the hiring manager (assuming to discuss the presentation). What actually happened was a panel interview with various groups, no mention of the presentation, was completely surprised. After following up with HR a few times with no word a month later sent another follow up to HR to get back the system generated “pursuing other candidates” email. Even after hours of prep, interviews and an exercise they will ghost a candidate. One of the more disjointed and unprofessional experiences with HR in my career. Negative experience purely because of HR.
