Process involved multiple interviews and computer testing. Interview was conducted by a training manager. Apparently they rotate interviewers to get different perspectives from different departments and employees. The interview was very laid back and was a easy atmosphere. The questions were deep thinking but not impossible to answer. The interview was about 30-45 minutes long after the computer tests. They took around 15 minutes.

A week after I applied and took the job assessment I received a call from HR and was asked it if i were still interested as well as went over the position I applied for; then i was scheduled to do a virtual interview for the following week. Two weeks after the interview I was offered the job pending a successful background check. Background check and drug test were successful of course!
