So my process was a little different. I applied for job A in the middle of May 2023. I didn't get a contact until the 3rd week of July. I had 3 interviews for the role. The first interview had 3 ppl, the second had 4, the third one had 1 person. During the 2nd interview, there was a person who was hiring for job B. So at the end of everything, they asked did I want to stick with job A (because the liked me) or if I wanted to try for job B because I may be just as good or a better fit for it. I Interviewed for job B, had to reapply and had to do 1 round for it. Job A took months to get to a conclusion, but going for job B was about a week because they were trying to move fast to get the role published so that I could apply (which I thought was awesome). The interviews went fine, nothing out of the box. The first 2 were an hour, the last one was about 30 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and had no issue sharing their own experiences and POV about the company.
