The interview process began with a phone screen by the recruiter. This was followed by an approximately hour long conversation with several of the technical staff, after which I was invited to an on-site interview. I was instructed to give an hour long technical presentation, following which there were to be four half-hour two-man interviews. In actuality, two of the lead interviewers left the technical presentation early and the schedule ended up deviating significantly from what was planned. The technical presentation ended up being closer to two hours due to free form discussions with some of the staff that remained. Near the end of the day, some of the more senior staff returned to explain the business and to allow me to ask questions. After the interview, I was told that I would be contacted to discuss the next step, a promise that was repeated in response to a status inquiry after six weeks. Unfortunately, I never received any further communication.
