30-minute screening with the recruiter. 30-minute teams call with the hiring manager (his video remained off while mine was on during the whole call) where they asked about interests and your resume. This is then followed by a 20-minute presentation (done virtually) with questions at the end. Their videos remained off while mine was turned on. I made it to the final on-site interview (they paid for the flight and hotel) which wasn't even an interview. They showed me around the office and area followed by lunch. I only spoke with the hiring manager but not the team as it seems they weren't particularly asking questions at all. Overall, it just seemed very weird and a waste of time once I arrived there.
