BlueStacks SMTS - Manual QA interview questions

Got a call from consultancy. The interview was scheduled after 1 month,from the date of applying and even being in constant touch wuth consultancy. The interview was getting rescheduled for almost every week. (Somehow felt like company was delaying the process) I applied for a Senior Member of Technical Staff position (with almost 6yrs of experience) but the interview was taken by a 3 yrs candidate , working as Member Technical Staff. All the questions were basic definations from Testing ( felt like she was asking questions from some book or website) Even though the profile was Manual Testing but questions were asked from Automation also. Strongly believe that interview was taken for time pass only . Or else how would a junior can assess a candidate having double experience than the interviewers The "interviewer" was quite rude and arrogant despite having less experience and knowledge than candidate. Despite giving all the answers correctly , my candidature was not processed further. I am glad that I was saved from getting trapped into this mess Not sure how this company structure works, just wondering if for a position of Manager , some Lead or Fresher would take the interview As per the discussion, I came to know there is no appreciation process in the company for employees ( like cheerboard or yearly awards), only a bootlicking process for getting appraisal
