i have applied for Formulation Scientist position in early October 2017 recieved the HR email within week for phone screening. Pre- HM interview with HR went well. Position required 5 years of experience where as i had only 3 years but matches 100% with the job description so HR person said if i consider a lower title would i accept it? my response was if its a Senior level Associate i would consider the title and compansation. HM interview timeline was so tight that the interview took place at 8 o clock in the morning via Skype. 1:1 interview took 30 minutes exchange of questions from both end went well. HM said they still screening more candidates and will let me know within 1-2 weeks. after the interview i followed up with Thank you note and expressed my concern. after 1 week i followed up again with HM and HR got any email saying they have considered other candidate for this position. i sent a note saying Thank you and would like to stay in touch on LinkedIn with both HR and HM there response was positive but they never accepted request. No hard feelings from my end. Certainly BP Medicines has a good Pipeline mostly related to Oncology related candidates and has potential to grow into a big company. I'll try my luck again.
