Interview
Two phone interviews, several in person. I was also asked to present my approach to a marketing challenge that they defined. They were very considerate in grouping the in-person interviews back to back as much as possible to reduce the number of visits required. The interviews were good, probing skills, experience, approach, motivation etc.
