Had a phone interview with a recruiter a day or two after applying, was told that I’d interview with the hiring manager the following week. My next call was postponed, due to a scheduling conflict on their side, with no further communication. I followed up numerous times with the recruiter and hiring manager, and haven’t heard a peep. Even if the role was filled, you’d think there would be some level of professionalism and decency to notify the applicant they had on the hook.
