My interaction with the recruiter was seamless and she was able to keep me updated each step of the way; the timeline between each round was quite short which was nice. Screener questions were to assess background fit with current role.
The Hiring Manager based in Utah, has a great demeanor and it is clear she will be able to accomplish great things as that office in Salt Lake starts to scale. There is high energy and she took the time to share her background, as well as learn mine.
The Panel round was somewhat straight forward, however great to hear various perspectives around the relationship between this role, and their own. The questions posed were a little canned, which took away from the conversational piece, regardless - the questions lead to great dialogue.
All in all, the interview was a great opportunity to learn more from the team and get their 1st hand take on the BlueVine roadmap. It was clear from speaking with each of them, that leadership places a large emphasis on employee wellbeing AND that they all rally behind the product offering.
Unfortunate not to make it through, but I wish them all the best! I will be for sure cheering them on from the sideline!
