Interview
I applied for a copywriting position and was given a creative assignment as part of the interview process. I turned in the assignment only to be ghosted. No feedback, nothing. I wish companies could at least be decent enough to give feedback. I put a lot of work into the assignment and for what???
Within 1-2 weeks I was contacted for an interview. The interview went well, though I was a little taken aback by the fact that the interviewer was late for our appointment and admitted that she was only looking over my resume right then and there in the elevator. I eventually went on to the second step, a writing test. I submitted a test within 24 hours and never heard back. Over a week later, I reached out to ask if they needed anything else from me. No response. Two weeks after that, I reached back out to ask for feedback so that I could at least know what was unsatisfactory and improve for future endeavors. Still no response, which I find greatly unprofessional. The last I heard from Bluleadz was when they first sent me the directions for my writing test.
