To get to the interviewing stage took 6 months but once it started to went pretty fast. Everyone I met was great, unfortunately numbers, as in what the salary compensation, isn't something they like to discuss and mention more then once that they compensation, although they are working on it, is not extremely high but that there are a lot of other perks.
