I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bob's Discount Furniture (Totowa, NJ) in Sep 2013
Interview
I was very excited to get a call from the recruiter just a few days after submitting my application. The conversation was very fluid with situational questions. very focused on customer satisfaction and problem solving. The second round of interviews happed a few days later at the home office and the energy, friendliness and positive vibes did not change. Everyone I met was genuine, focused and very easy to speak with. Very comfortable interview process

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bob's Discount Furniture in Feb 2024
Interview
The process started our normal and hit it off with thr hiring manager. I was immediately set up for a second interview with the team later that week. Not even an hour before the interview I get a email that the interview invite was canceled. I reached to to the recruiter to confirm and heard nothing back. Reached out again the following week to check in and no reply. It was just really odd how communication was great then all of a sudden nothing. Not impressed.
