Interview
It is a difficult and lengthy interview process that results in a very thorough understanding for the candidate of the type of program and role they will be entering into.
First, you interview with the HR Manager and the manager of the department you will be entering, a department within Marketing. They are very friendly and spend about an hour each with you.
Then you complete a few tests and take home a few more. Overall, the time for the first portion of the interview is about half a work day, not including the take home tests.
You mail back/drop off the take home tests and wait to hear if you will move on to round 2. It can vary in terms of how long this gap is - I waited for about two weeks before the next interview round was scheduled, about two weeks later.
Then, you interview with five members of the executive management team (VP's), get a tour of the facility, and get taken out to lunch afterward. You will hear within a week whether you got the job or not.

Interview
Was approached by a recruiter to start their management development program and was very interested as I found the process to be very unique. I went through 3 different levels of interviews and two assessments starting with a recruiter call, then market research manager, and then 4 interviews with VPs spread over two days. This was by far the most challenging and time consuming process I ever went through but I came away feeling very good about my prospects and everyone I talked to seemed very genuine and nice. Sadly I didn't hear from them for over a week after my last interview and all I got was a generic two sentence email saying that the other candidate was chosen. And this response came only after I emailed asking when a final decision would be made. Not sure what I was expecting but it felt sort of cheap especially since I gave them almost6 hours of my time over the last month.
