Interview
*Note: this process is extremely time demanding, more so than an interview process in my career. Plan accordingly
Starts with a phone interview with the HR director. This included basic behavioral questions: why Bobrick, what are your strengths, where will you be in five years, etc.
The next round takes approximately four hours. It begins with an in-person 1:1 interview with the HR director, which touches on the same subject matter as the initial round. This is followed by a brief meeting with people that have held this position before. The meeting is designed so you may ask questions and get a better feel of the position and company culture. Finally, you take several aptitude and personality tests on-site. Afterwards, you are given a packet which consists of more personality and aptitude tests, which you are to complete at home. This step will take three to four hours to complete.
The final round is a six hour on-site session in which you interview with executives and vice presidents (finance, sales, etc.) individually for approximately thirty minutes each. This exercise is more to test that you will be a good fit, not to grill you. If you've made it this far they understand that you are capable. Now they need to make sure that they wont hate being around you five days a week.
Good luck

Nothing difficult than behavioral questions. HR manager is kind and skilled enough to make it a conversation instead of Q and A.
