I was a friend referral. Interviewed with one of the 4 front desk managers along with a representative from a third party company that oversees the commission program (GREAT PROGRAM! Good money). Want to know how you are resolving issues, if and how you turn around complaints. What your is ability is in selling. Pretty easy interviews my opinion...Should be taken more serious. Although you may be just a front desk agent, this is the areas top resort. People should be wanting to really complete for this position. But in the time I employed, they hired people who should not be in customer service let alone guest services a luxury property. Just my opinion. I'm sure they have there reasons..
