Phone interview with District Manager. It was not hard because I prepared with notes. I was intimidated because I didn't have previous experience managing. The interview was easy and I was offered the job two weeks later.

What is your favorite color and why? That question threw me off because I wasn't expecting it. They also asked typical questions, "how have you handled x types of situations, etc"

You will have an interview with the manager and then if she likes you then you will move on to have an interview with the district manager which can sometimes be over the phone just depends on the location of the store. It is all just simple basic customer service questions. Nothing really hard.
