Contacted via an agent, phone interview with the hiring manager withing a week, and strength-based assessment center withing a month.
The assessment center was cold and impersonal, the only point being to see if the candidate fit into one of their boxes. No interaction whatsoever, no discussion about the company or the role if you don't insist by asking questions.
It's now been over a month since the interview, and despite the agent chasing them about it, they still haven't provided any feedback, showing how much they care about people. Overall, a waste of money and time....
