Very standard. STAR questions. Explaining experience, how you made impact and growth. Three interviews total: Hiring manager, two District managers, and Regional. Two month training before hitting the field. Interviews were both virtual and in person.
Lengthy interview process. Made it to final round, only to discover another hoop to jump through. Was unable to accommodate additional (final) interview step due to conflicts, but was eager to schedule for an alternative date. Was ghosted shortly after.
