My ‘first’ interview got re-arranged a day before it was meant to take place. The actual interview was a mix of questions of competencies and general “why do you want to work here” type questions. It went on for an hour and 15 minutes which was longer than any other interview I’ve done. Despite chasing numerous times I never heard back from the company whether I’d been successful or not. Pretty poor when people take the time to interview not to bother even sending a rejection email.
