I applied online and received an email from HR for first interview. The first interview went well and I answered almost all the questions. I waited more than two weeks for the result and did not receive any response. Finally I asked for a feedback, but I received it only after a month and was scheduled for my second interview. They had sent me a case study with very difficult questions and asked me to prepare a presentation. I spent almost 5 days preparing the presentation and presented it during the second interview, covering almost all the topics that were asked in the case study and the interview team (4 people) was satisfied with my presentation and asked only two questions and was very happy with my answers. Finally, I was invited for an interview ( HR ) and had a very good conversation where they told me about all the benefits and the work culture etc. I hoped I passed the interview and waited for my offer letter. Again, I did not hear back. I politely asked HR what the status was and was told that they were still waiting for the final results from the hiring manager. I waited patiently for one more month! Finally, I received a rejection letter after two weeks saying that they cannot give me any feedback on why they rejected me!!!! I spent 3 months preparing and gave my best for all the interviews and you can not give me any feedback why you rejected me. I see the job has been re-advertised and now I seriously doubt your diversity. Anyway, do not get your hopes up until you get an offer, and I learned a lot.
